Damaged items must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized. Any unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the customer at customers’ own expense or forfeit.

Any and all postage costs are excluded from the return amount. Buyer pays all postage costs.

Hair items (wefts, pre bonded hair etc) will not be returnable under any circumstance if altered in any way. (i.e. brushed out, washed, coloured, cut, ironed etc). This also goes for the packaging, all items must be returned with all tags, netting etc in place. Merchandise packaging also cannot be marked, taped or otherwise altered. In the case of the clip in extensions; under no circumstances will returns/ exchanges be available.

Wanting an exchange for colour purposes will not be acceptable reason for return. If you are unsure a colour will be suitable select a lighter shade than the one you require and you can colour it accordingly. It would also be a wise decision to take the hair to a professional to be coloured so you can be assured of a good result. Do not select a darker shade and attempt to lighten it. This will cause extra damage to the hair and may not give you a desired result.
