Question- Can you supply me with instructions on how to use/install these products you have available?
Answer- YES AND NO, Instructions will be supplied to those who purchase the clip in extensions if requested. Under no circumstances will information be given regarding use/ attachment of these products (even to professional hairdressers). Please do not consider purchasing these items if you have no understanding of how to use them correctly and safely. They are potentially very dangerous to work with for both the installer and client. Please refer to the guides given above for care and maintainance for your hair extensions.

Question- What would be the best way to get a perfect colour match
Answer- what we recommend is to purchase hair a shade lighter than you know you have and have it coloured (preferably by a professional hairdresser). This way you will be able to achieve the closest to a perfect match. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIGHTEN EXTENSION HAIR! The hair has already been processed and to lighten it will only cause damage.

Question- I have not received my order. What's going on?
Answer- This could be due to several factors

• Postage times (within Australia up to 10 working days regular post, up to 3 working days express post within Australia. Up to 6 weeks international)

• Direct debit payments can take up to 3 days to clear and longer if making an order payment over weekends/public holidays. Items will not be sent out until payment has cleared.

• Incorrect information given when transferring via direct debit. Please use either your full name or order number as reference. DO NOT use such terms such as “hair purchase” or “hair” for reference. To do so will cause delays. Please contact us immediately if you use any other description for payment other than your full name or order number.

• Paying a different amount from that invoiced to you. Again contact us immediately if this occurs.

• Postage is made daily during weekday hours only. We will not post out on weekends, public holidays or outside normal business hours. Should you wish to purchase on Friday afternoon be aware your purchase will not be sent until the following Monday or Tuesday depending on payment clearance.

Question- Do you accept payment in other currencies other than Australian dollars?
Answer- NO, all payment is to be made in Australian dollars only.

Question- Do you have a shop I can come to visit?
Answer- Unfortunately not, we operate entirely online at the moment but hope to be able to open a local store in the near future.

Question- Do you make custom order pieces?
Answer- NO, at this point in time we do not have the facilities available to make up custom order pieces.

Question- how can I order?
Answer- you can do it online in the store or by mail. Include this form as well as a money order payabe to Weave Got Hair in Australian dollars for the total amount including postage.

Question- How can I pay?
Answer- all credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa) and international payments can be made online via our secure online payment facility. You can also pay with money order by mail. Australian customers also have the option of paying via direct deposit from an Australian bank account.
